CRM-M-28365-2020 Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all her points at the time of framing of charges and a direction be given to the concerned trial Court to give an appropriate hearing at such time. The prayer being innocuous and also legal rights, the same is allowed. Given above, the present petition is disposed of having been withdrawn.
