M.M.S. BEDI, J (ORAL) The petitioner along with other accused who is a proclaimed offender had allegedly attacked the complainant Hari Ram with a sword resulting in three incised wounds which includes an in jury on the right hand resulting in amputation of digital phalanx. A perusal of the operational notes reflects the extent of injury which require repair of tandem, artery and nerves as the left hand was cut through and through as is apparent from the picture indicating the injury. On account of injury the complainant seems to have developed changes as such, he had to be under the supervision of a Cardiologist till his surgery could be taken. In view of said circumstances, this petition is dismissed at this stage, with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court again after examination of the complainant-injured in the Court. (M.M.S.
