Without expression of any opinion whether any offence is made out as per the allegations in representation dated 21.6.2016 (Annexure P-2), notice of motion to AG Punjab. On the asking of the court, notice has been accepted by Ms. HK Athwal, DAG, Punjab The petition is disposed of with a direction to SSP,Batala to get the matter inquired into at his own level. In case any criminal offence is made out, it will be open to the police authorities to take legal action. It will be appreciated in case the matter is looked into within a period of three months.
