RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioners, namely, Manish, Arun Kumar and Mohit Kumar in case FIR No.233 dated 19.11.2016 under Sections 379, 427 and 506 IPC registered at Police Station Chhachhrauli, District Yamuna Nagar.

On instructions from ASI Om Parkash, learned State counsel submits that petitioners have joined the investigation and are no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 08.06.2017 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
