Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, namely Lovedeep Kumar in case FIR No. 121 dated 10.07.2018, registered under Section(s) 420, 465, 468, 471 & 120-B IPC and Section 13 of the Travel Professional Regulation Act, 2014 at Police Station Division No.1, Jalandhar, District Jalandhar. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has since joined the investigation and he is not required for further investigation in any way. Thus, he be released on pre-arrest bail. Learned counsel for the respondent-State, on instructions from Sub Inspector Paramjit Singh, affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is not required for any further investigation.
