accepts notice on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 7. 5.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Davinder Singh submits that respondents no. 5 to 7 have no concern with the land, which is owned by the petitioner or by respondent No. 8. He further submits that respondents No.5 to 7 will not visit the land in question to interfere with the possession/ownership of either of the parties. 6.

In view of the above, no further directions are required by this Court. However, it is clarified that in case any information is received with regard to the commission of cognizable offence, the police shall be at liberty to proceed in the matter, in accordance with law. Apart from that, the Civil Court shall also decide the dispute between the petitioner and respondent No. 8, without getting influenced from the observations made in the present order.
