(ORAL) The instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.111 dated 28.04.2017 under Sections 323/324/354/506/509 IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar, District Amritsar City.
This Court was pleased to pass the following order on 09.06.2016 :- "Notice of motion, returnable by 17.08.2017.
The petitioner is directed to join the investigations and fully cooperate with the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer. In the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on ad interim anticipatory bail in FIR No.111 dated 28.04.2017 under Sections 323/324/354/506/509 IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar, District Amritsar City, on furnishing the bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the Arresting officer/Investigating Officer."
