(ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No. 35 dated 14.05.2017 under Section 306 IPC, registered at Police Station Bakhshiwala, District Patiala. This Court was pleased to pass the following order on 12.06.2017 :- "Mr. Rangi, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that after the deceased actually left her matrimonial home on 17.03.2017 or on 18.03.2017, she never returned to her matrimonial home and eventually committed suicide in her parental home on 14.05.2017, i.e. almost two months after she had left her matrimonial home.

Learned counsel appearing for the complainant, on the other hands, has produced in Court a long suicide note stated to have been written by the deceased Kanchan, making various allegations against her husband and his family members (the present petitioners).

In view of the fact that the deceased is stated to have Satyawan 2017.12.16 16:53 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court Chandigarh

CRM-M-21605-2017 -2left her matrimonial home on 17.03.2017 and committed suicide on 14.05.2017, let notice of motion be issued to the respondent.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Rajesh Mehta, learned Addl. Advocate General, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State.

A copy of the petition be handed to him immediately. The State would determine as to whether the suicide note has been sent for forensic analysis or not. Adjourned to 19.06.2017.

In the meanwhile, upon the petitioners joining investigation, in case they are sought to be arrested, they would be admitted to interim bail, on thier furnishing adequate bail and surety bonds to the satisfaction of the arresting officer/Illaqa Magistrate. They shall abide by the conditions stipulated in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. A copy of this order be given to the learned State counsel under signatures of the Special Secretary of the Bench."

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State confirms the factum of joining investigation by the petitioners.

Since the petitioners have joined the investigation, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 12.06.2017 is hereby made absolute subject to the condition that the petitioners will not tamper with evidence or hamper the investigation; will not leave India without permission of the Court and will comply with the conditions contained in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
