**** MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No. 0007, dated 22.01.2021, under Section 498-A of IPC, registered at Police Station Division No.2, Pathankot.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Ram Lal, states that pursuant to order dated 19th April, 2021, petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no longer required for further interrogation. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 19th April, 2021, is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
