***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Today, at the very outset, learned State counsel has informed that the petitioner has been convicted on 29.7.2022 in respect of another case arising out of FIR No.309 of 2016, Police Station Bawani Khera, District Bhiwani, under Section 302 of Indian Penal Code and has been sentenced to undergo life imprisonment. It has been informed that pursuant to the said conviction, he has been in custody in the said other case. Faced with the aforestated position, learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.

In view of the aforesaid request, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
