(Oral) Counsel for the State, on the basis of the reply of the Director Urban Local Body Haryana, Panchkula, submits that the Municipal Council, vide its letter dated 31.09.2021 has intimated that the services of the petitioner have not been dispensed with and their salary is being paid regularly.

Counsel for the State, on a Court query, further argued that the writ petition is still pending and the order dated 21.11.2019 will be duly complied with.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
