On the last date of hearing coordinate Bench has directed the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court. Learned State counsel on instructions form ASI Sardool Singh submits that the petitioner has not surrendered before the trial Court. None of the parties had appeared before the court below as was directed by this court on 06.07.2015. There is no appearance today even on second call.
