**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Present petition is for release of petitioner on regular bail in FIR No.689 dated 09.08.2015, under Sections 323, 34, 365, 376, 506 and 509 IPC, registered at Police Station Karnal City, District Karnal. Learned State counsel informs that the petitioner is also facing trial in FIR No.1234 dated 27.12.2015, under Sections 323, 307, 341, 342, 365, 376, 392, 506, 120-B and 34 IPC and Section 25/54/59 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Bhusli, District Karnal. Learned counsel for the petitioner informs that the petitioner has already been granted the concession of regular bail in the above-said FIR by this Court. He submits that in the present FIR the complainant has turned hostile on 17.04.2017. Moreover, co-accused of the petitioner have already been granted regular bail by the learned trial Court. CRM-M-22512-2016 -2I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and with their able assistance gone through the material available on record. The petitioner was arrested on 30.12.2015. Since then, he is in judicial custody and no useful purpose would be served to further detain him in jail. The final conclusion of trial will take a long time. In view of above facts, the present petition is allowed. The petitioner is ordered to be released on regular bail on his furnishing adequate bail bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of learned trial Judge/Duty Magistrate, Karnal.
Needless to mention that, nothing observed here-in-above, would reflect, on merits in the trial of the main case, in any manner.
