Present petition is for release of petitioner, namely Ishpal on interim bail for a period of six weeks for getting the treatment of his wife, who is suffering from Cancer and is critically ill in case FIR No. 755 dated 16.7.2016, registered under Sections 403, 406 & 420 IPC, at Police Station Sadar, Gurgaon.
Learned counsel for the respondent-State has filed a report by way of affidavit of the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Sadar, Gurugram stating that wife of the petitioner, namely Sangeeta Bhardwaj is suffering from Cancer, which is not curable. The report is taken on record. In view of the above facts, present petition is accepted and petitioner is ordered to be released on interim bail for a period of three weeks so as to enable him to look after his ailing wife on his furnishing Deepak Kumar Bhardwaj 2017.07.07 13:25 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
