CWP-6925-2022 -2Notice in the writ petition was issued on 02.04.2022 with a direction that the election, if any, held shall be subject to final outcome of this writ petition.

Today, it has been apprised by the learned Counsel for the respondent-School Committee that the tenure of the Governing Body/ Management was for a period of one year and not only the election had been held but the tenure of the Governing Committee/Manager has also come to an end in April 2023. It is further submitted that now the dispute left in the present petition is academic only. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the above factual aspect.

In view of the above and while keeping the question of law open, the present petition is hereby disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
