(Oral) Counsel for the State, on the basis of the affidavit of the Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana submits that since necessary compliance has been made and an FIR No.257 dated 11.06.2021 stands registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 199, 177, 120-B IPC and Section 12 of the Passport Act, at Police Station Division No.5, Ludhiana, against Shivani Handa and Ritesh Handa, this petition may be disposed of having been rendered infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
