Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he has instructions from his client to state at bar that she will be satisfied if ` 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand) more in addition to the Award passed by the learned Tribunal is paid to her by respondent No.3-Insurance company.
Sh.Suvir Dewan, learned counsel for respondent No.3/Insurance Company states at bar that respondent No.3 is ready to pay ` 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand) more in addition to the Award passed by learned Tribunal. He further submits that a cheque of ` 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand) shall be deposited with learned Tribunal within two months of passing of this order.

The impugned award is modified and it is directed that in addition to the Award passed by learned Tribunal, respondent No.3-Insurance company shall pay ` 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand) more to the claimants.
