*** TRIBHUVAN DAHIYA, J. (ORAL) This petition has been filed seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the order dated 06.03.2024, Annexure P-8, whereby the respondents have implemented the transfer order of the petitioners in violation of the Cadre Change Policy, 2018, Annexure P-3. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the petitioners will be satisfied in case they are permitted to file a representation raising the grievance as has been raised in the instant petition, and the petition may be disposed of by directing the respondents to decide the same in a specified period.

Learned State counsel, appearing on advance notice, submits that in case any such representation is filed by the petitioners, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file a representation before respondent no.3 within a period of one week from today. In case any such representation is filed, the same shall be decided by respondent PAYAL 2024.03.19 14:17 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
