**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Petitioner has preferred this writ petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus for framing of a uniform policy.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that precisely for the claim in question, he has already issued a legal notice.
Learned counsel for respondent No.1 however opposed this prayer on the ground that petitioner is not a public spirited person. Petitioner has not applied for any grant of JYOTI SHARMA 2022.07.27 17:20 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
CWP No. 9769 of 2022 -2leasehold rights to the petitioner and the petitioner has no locus standi to file this writ petition. Petitioner if so desire may espouse his cause under PIL jurisdiction of the High Court in accordance with law.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, respondent No.1 be obligated to decide his legal notice dated 12.01.2022.
At this stage, without forming any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to decide the legal notice dated 12.01.2022 got issued by the petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 26.07.2022 (RAJ MOHAN SINGH) Jyoti Sharma JUDGE
