The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of communication dated 05.01.2024 (Annexure P-4) whereby candidature of the petitioner for Retail Outlet Dealership has been rejected.

Mr. Ashish Kapoor, Advocate, at the outset, submits that petitioner, as per policy, has filed representation dated 14.01.2024 before the authorities against the rejection of his candidature. Respondent No. 3, within two weeks from today, would decide his representation, in accordance with the policy.
