The petitioner got a sale deed executed from complainant's father by fraud in the name of some one else. The complainant's father was allegedly in illegal custody. He committed suicide. Counsel for the petitioner states that the complainant is ready to compromise the matter and is present in the court. Taking into consideration the circumstances of the case, I do not deem it appropriate to quash the FIR on the basis of compromise. Dismissed. On the basis of the statement of the complainant, the petitioner may seek acquittal, after trial.
