LPA-289-2023 This appeal is directed against the judgement and order dated 04.04.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge disposing of the writ petition filed by the petitioners (respondents No. 1 to 5 herein) in the same terms as CWP-20844-2015, whereby the petitioner was accorded the benefit of promotion with effect from the same date as his juniors were promoted with consequential benefits.

Since the judgement and order dated 28.01.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge in CWP-20844-2015 titled as Arun Kumar Vs State of Haryana and others has already been implemented by the appellants by giving the petitioner therein promotion with effect from the same date his juniors were promoted with all consequential benefits, the present appeal stands dismissed with a direction to the appellants to comply with the said judgement and also grant similar benefits to respondents No. 1 to 5 herein as well. All the pending miscellaneous applications also stand disposed of.
