[2] From the perusal of records, it is evident that no order has b een passed qu ua penalty as contemplated und der Section 4A of 1923 Act. T The penalty o f 35% of the compensation alon ng with the statutory interest to o be paid.

[3] With the aforesaid modific ation in the impugned order, the appeal is d disposed off.
