The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.PC for setting aside the order dated 26.02.2020 (Annexure P-1) passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Panipat whereby an application of the petitioner under Section 311 CrPC has been dismissed. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present petition has since been rendered infructuous inasmuch as the petitioner in the present case stands convicted by the Trial Court vide judgment dated 28.02.2023. 3.
