The prayer made in the present petition filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhit 2023 is for grant of prearrest/anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.1 dated 21.02.2023 (Annexure P-1), registered under Sections 406, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 384, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Punjab State Crime Police Station SAS Nagar, District Crime Wing. 2.
