This is a petition filed under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 04 dated 11.01.2025 under Sections 109, 118(1), 115(2), 191(3), 190 of BNS 2023 (offence under Section 118(2), 117(2) BNS 2023 added later on) registered at Police Station City Rampura, District Bathinda.

This Court, vide order dated 05.03.2025, had directed the petitioner to join the investigation before the Investigating Officer. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 05.03.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined and cooperated with the investigation.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the petition is allowed and the interim order dated 05.03.2025 is made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join investigation, as and when called by the Investigating Officer and shall also abide by the conditions as provided under Section 482(2) of the BNSS.
