**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) The instant petition is for quashing of FIR No. 147 dated 16.5.2018 registered under Sections 323, 34, 406, 498-A, 506 IPC, Police Station Mahesh Nagar, Ambala, District Ambala and all the consequent proceedings arising out of the same.

The FIR has been registered only a week ago. The investigation would be on. The Courts will not interfere in the investigation as that would amount to interference in the investigation.

The petition is dismissed.
