KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) Status report by way of affidavit of Mr.Pardeep Dhaiya, IAS, District Magistrate, Kaithal has been filed, which is taken on record. As per the said report, respondent No.2 constituted one committee, which visited the disclosed place but no bonded labour was found at the spot during the said visit. However payment of wages to some of the labour was found due. In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
