By way of present petition, challenge has been laid to an order dated 08.02.2023 passed by Rent Controller, Hoshiarpur. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly submits that the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous as the ejectment proceedings before the Rent Controller have culminated into passing of an ejectment order against the petitioner.
