(Oral) The Prayer in this petition is for the quashing of the FIR No.214 dated 02.08.2015 under Sections 420, 448, 120-B IPC registered with Police Station Pinjore, Tehsil Kalka, District Panchkula (Annexure P14) and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom being an abuse of the process of law.

Mr. Dhiman, the learned counsel for the petitioner had sought a pass over to apprise the Court as to whether the order framing charges has been challenged by the petitioner.

The matter was passed over. However, Mr. Dhiman has not appeared when the matter was taken up for hearing again. Mr. H.P.S. Ishar, the learned counsel for the complainantsrespondents No.2 and 3 submits that the petitioner has challenged the order framing charges before the Sessions Court, Panchkula, which is pending adjudication for 08.03.2022.
