H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Jagtar Singh from Police Station Sadar, Dhuri, submits that the petitioner has since joined the investigation. He further states that the petitioner has furnished an affidavit that he does not hold any passport. No recovery is to be effected from him, as such he is not required by the police for further investigation.

It being so, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 13.6.2017 is made absolute, subject to fulfillment of conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. The petition, in that way, is allowed.
