The first Appellate Court, after noticing that the trial Court has failed to decide the application under Order XXXIX Rule 1 and 2 CPC for grant of temporary injunction, directed the trial Court to decide the same while directing the parties to maintain status quo. The correctness of the aforesaid order, passed by the District Judge, has been assailed. 2.

Mr. Abhilaksh Grover, counsel representing the petitioners, has stated that the defendants are still to file their written statement. 3.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the revision petition is disposed of by requesting the trial Court to decide the application for grant of temporary injunction within one month from the date the defendants file their written statement.
