(ORAL) Prayer in this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing of order dated 06.11.2008 (P-7) passed by JMIC in FIR No.181, dated 05.12.2017, registered under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC, Police Station Mehna, District Moga, whereby the petitioner has been declared proclaimed offender.

Heard.

The petitioner is relegated to the trial Court to raise all the pleas, which have been raised in the instant petition with direction to the petitioner to appear before the trial court within three weeks and his bail application shall be decided by the trial court within next 7 days on merit. Disposed of as such.
