(Oral) On 05.03.2025, the following order was passed by this Court:- Mr. Ajay Bansal, Advocate, appearing in person submits that by using his enrolment number, the present petition has been filed. In fact, Mr. Ajay Bansal, Advocate, submits that he has not filed this case and on the basis of the appearance of his name in the cause list, it came to his knowledge that the instant petition is listed before this Court at Serial No.133. Earlier also, one SMS was received by Mr. Ajay Bansal, Advocate, with regard to filing and listing of a case and in this regard, he has already made a complaint to the concerned Registrar of this Court.

A perusal of the Memo of Parties indicates that the petitioner is a resident of House No.205, Sector 13 Urban Estate, Tehsil Thanesar, District Kurukshetra and is having

Aadhar Card No.760620601311 and Mobile No. 7496824866.

In view of the above, the jurisdictional police authorities of the concerned District are directed to examine the veracity of the assertions made by Mr. Ajay Bansal, Advocate after associating the petitioner namely Gurcharan Singh @ Gurcharan Lal, and shall conduct a fact finding enquiry with regard to engaging a counsel and file a report in this regard before this Court on or before the next date of hearing.

The Registry is directed to supply a complete copy of paperbook to Ms. Geeta Sharma, DAG, Haryana, for strict compliance of the order."

In compliance thereof, status report by way of affidavit of Om Parkash, Deputy Superintendent of Police, City Kurukshetra, on behalf of respondent No.1 was filed, wherein it has been stated that one FIR has been registered against the brother of the petitioner herein and further in another petition i.e. CR No.2111 of 2021, titled as "Sushil Kumar vs Mewa Singh and others", this Court, vide order dated 07.03.2025, has directed the Registrar General of this Court to look into the matter and initiate further process, in accordance with law. Similarly, another direction has been issued by this Court on 06.03.2025 in CRM-M No.12593 of 2025, titled as "Mewa Singh vs State of Haryana" wherein the Superintendent of Police, Kurukshetra, is directed to examine the matter personally and file a status report. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of.

The aggrieved Advocate(s) shall be at liberty to pursue their remedy in accordance with law, once the fact finding report(s) of Registrar General of this Court and the Superintendent of Police, Kurukshetra, are finalized.
