This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to protect lives and liberty of petitioners from the hands of respondent Nos.4 to 6 as petitioners have solemnized marriage against their wishes and consent. 2.

Mr. Deepankur Sharma, Advocate, has put in appearance alongwith respondent Nos.4 and 5 and has filed power of attorney on their behalf.

The petitioners moved representation dated July 5, 2015 (Annexure P-5) to respondent No.2 for getting the needful done but no action has been taken so far.

On the asking of Court, Mr. Jaspreet Singh Sekhon, Assistant Advocate General, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of official respondents. Copy of petition be supplied to him during the course of the day.

The present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 - Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, to look into the grievances of petitioners unfolded by them in their representation dated July 5, 2015 (Annexure P-5) and if found necessary, take appropriate measures in accordance with law.
