Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the departmental examination for the promotion to the post of Naib Tehsildar which was scheduled to be held on 18.03.2024 has been postponed, hence, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the petitioner to raise the grievance in case, the petitioner is not allowed to appear in the said examination for the post in question as and when it is to be held by the department henceforth. 2.

Ordered accordingly.
