(ORAL) In the present petition, the prayer of the petitioner is that the appropriate action be taken against respondents No.6 and 7 as they were found stealing, which incident was captured in the CCTV footage. Upon notice of motion, reply by way of affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondents No.1 to 5 today in the Court, in which, it has been mentioned that the complaint of the petitioner was investigated by the authorities concerned and after the investigation, nothing was found in the said complaint by the SHO, P.S. Dhaka and the enquiry report was approved by the Senior Superintendent of Police, Ludhiana NARESH KUMAR 2021.08.27 16:59 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy for the redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, if any, under the Code of Criminal Procedure. Ordered accordingly.
