It is submitted that in the connected CRM-M 21717/2015, this Court has permitted the petitioner to surrender before the trial court within ten days from today and on doing so, ordered to be released on bail on furnishing of bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of learned trial Court. Such concession has been granted in view of the fact that the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled.
