(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside order dated 28.05.2019 (Annexure P-2) passed by learned Commissioner, Ambala Division, Ambala and order dated 16.09.2021 (Annexure P-1) passed by learned Financial Commissioner, Haryana. 2.

A perusal of the order sheets reveals that on 06.08.2025, the following order was passed:- "Written statement filed on behalf of respondents No.5 and 6 has already been placed on record. A copy thereof is handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner, in Court today itself, who seeks an accommodation to prepare and argue the matter. List on 24.09.2025 for final arguments.
