Prayer made in the present petition is for directing respondent No.1 to forward nomination roll of the petitioner to respondent No.3 for appointment as PCS (Executive Branch) under Register A-II under Rule 10 of the Punjab Civil Service (Executive Branch) Rules, 1976 and not to conduct interview to be held on 11/12.06.2001, regarding which therebeing no interim order, thus, does not survive due to efflux of time.

The Division Bench on 27.05.2002, directed the matter to be taken up along with CWP-9715-1999, which as a matter of fact, was also disposed of on 21.07.1999, after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, finding thereto no ground to interfere at the belated stage in the nomination relating to year, 1994 and writ petition having been filed in the year, 1999. 3.
