SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) This petition is for seeking protection of life and liberty of petitioners, who alleged to have married against the wishes of respondents No. 4 to 11, parents and other relatives of petitioner No.1. Learned counsel for the petitioners has limited his prayer for taking appropriate action in accordance with law on the representation dated 04.07.2015 (Annexure P-5) made by the petitioners to respondent No.3. It has been stated that both the petitioners are major. The date of birth of petitioner No.1-Kulvir Kaur is 05.02.1991 as per copy of Matriculation Examination Certificate (Annexure P-1) and that of petitioner No.2-Navdeep Singh is 31.12.1991 as per copy of Birth Certificate (Annexure P-2). They allegedly got married on 04.07.2015. Photographs of marriage are Annexure P-4.

In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, but without expressing any opinion on the validity of SACHIN MEHTA 2015.07.09 17:18 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

CRM-M-21731-2015 -2marriage of petitioners, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Khanna to look into the representation dated 04.07.2015 Annexure P-5(addressed to respondent No.3) and take appropriate action in accordance with law, on receipt of certified copy of this order along with representation (Annexure P-5) in his office.
