SANDHAWALIA, J.(Oral) By filing the present civil writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner seeks direction to the respondents to rejoin the petitioner in service on the post of peon as two posts of peon are still vacant with respondent No.3.

Perusal of the paper book would go on to show that petitioner was appointed as part time peon in respondent No.3-School from 08.12.2016 to 12.10.2020. Even in his representation dated 21.10.2020 (Annexure P-2) for adjustment, it has been mentioned that he was relieved from the post of peon after regular employee had joined the post.
