******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for private respondent submits that the private respondent does not want the quashing of FIR No. 77 dated 21.02.2019 registered at Police Station Pundri, District Kaithal on the basis of compromise dated 05.03.2019 (Annexure P-2).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that under the compromise, a sum of `8.5 lakh has been paid to the private respondent. His right to recover this amount be protected.

At this stage, learned counsel for the private respondent submits that sum of `8.5 lakh received from the petitioners has been deposited in the name of minor children in the shape of fixed deposit in State Bank of India, Anaj Mandi branch of District Kaithal. CRM-M-12809-2019 FDR has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner for information. As the compromise between the parties has fizzled out, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file fresh one if required and to avail other legal remedy available to the petitioner.
