***** Sandeep Moudgil, J.(Oral) Instant writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the letter dated 31.12.2025 (P-11) vide which the claim of the petitioner for not making recovery of alleged over payment has been rejected. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner will be satisfied, in case a direction is issued to respondents to consider the legal notice dated 01.10.2025 (Annexure P-9) within a time bound manner.

In view of the above and without adverting to the merits of the case, the respondent No.2 Divisional Manager, Food Corporation of India, Divisional Office, Rohtak is directed to consider and decide the legal notice dated 01.10.2025 (Annexure P-9) after providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law within eight weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
