In the present petition, the petitioner is praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to release the medical reimbursement amounting to Rs.8,96,198/- (Annexures P-1 and P-2). 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the information received under the Right to Information Act, 2005, the respondents have sanctioned an amount of Rs.3,85,802/-, although the petitioner has claimed Rs.8,96,198/-. He submits that no amount of medical reimbursement has been released to the petitioner till date. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, submits that at this stage, he will be satisfied if a direction is given to respondent No.2 to treat the present writ petition as representation and decide the same, in a time bound manner.

In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, the present petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to treat the present writ petition as representation and consider and decide the same, within a period of 06 weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, in accordance with law/rules. In case, the petitioner is held entitled for grant of relief, as per the law/rule, as claimed in the writ petition, the same be also released within a period of one month thereafter.
