Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Chhaju Ram, Police Station, Sadar, Palwal submits that initially the FIR was registered under Sections 148, 193, 302 and 420 read with Section 149, IPC. The matter was thoroughly investigated by the officer of the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police and he came to the conclusion that offences punishable under Sections 148, 193, 302 and 420 read with Section 149 were not attracted and as such, those offences were deleted and Sections 201 and 306 read with Section 34 and Section 25 of the Arms Act, were added. On further query by this Court, he after taking instructions from the abovesaid ASI, very fairly concedes that there is no evidence so far to say in what manner the petitioner, who is the mother of the SEEMA RANI 2015.02.05 16:54 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

Criminal Misc.No.M-21800 of 2014 [2] deceased had abetted Sonu to commit suicide. He further fairly concedes that in compliance of the order dated 03.07.2014 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation and no more required for further custodial interrogation. In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and the interim directions issued by this Court vide order dated 03.07.2014 are made absolute.

The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2), Cr.P.C.
