However, he submits that the revision petition filed by the petitioner is pending before Additional Sessions Judge, Fazilka and the same be disposed of at the earliest.

In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is disposed of with direction to the Court of Revision to dispose of the revision petition filed by the petitioner, preferably within six months.
