**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 43 dated 25.5.2017, registered under Sections 406, 498-A IPC, Police Station Phase 8, District SAS Nagar. Counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 13.6.2017, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. State counsel states that the petitioner has joined the investigation.
There is dispute with regard to recovery of dowry articles. The complainant will have to prove it in appropriate proceedings.
