CM-8377-CII-2020 This is an application for withdrawal of the main revision petition in view of the settlement arrived at between the petitioner-wife and respondent No.1- husband.
It has been averred in the application that the parties have since resolved the matter and have filed a joint petition under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 for dissolution of marriage by way of a decree of divorce by mutual consent and the statements of the first motion were recorded on 06.07.2020 and hence the petitioner does not want to pursue the revision petition.
With the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the main case is taken on Board today.
Application stands disposed off.
