Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from HC Gurdial Singh, Police Station, Navi Baradari, Tehsil and District Jalandhar, submits that in compliance of the interim directions dated 09.07.2015 issued by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for further custodial interrogation.
In view of the above, the present petition is allowed. Interim directions dated 09.07.2015 issued by this Court are made absolute.
The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the terms and conditions as laid down under Section 438(2), Cr.P.C.
